We will be selling our Ehomaki, which has been a big hit every year, again this year.

■ Taihaku Tempura Ehomaki (supervised by Tempura Sakaba Nakasho)1,200 yen (tax included)
Ehomaki made with a generous amount of tempura fried in light sesame oil.
Rice cooked in homemade tempura sauce, topped with conger eel tempura, shrimp tempura, rolled egg, and vegetable tempura.
This is a very filling ehomaki.

■Eel Ehomaki (supervised by the fourth generation eel chef Kikugawa)) 2000 yen (tax included)
The restaurant's special rice is soaked in a generous amount of sauce that has been added to since the restaurant opened, and is topped with a generous amount of grilled eel from Kikugawa, the fourth generation of the eel business.
We receive many orders every year!

■Kobe beef ehomaki (supervised by Yanagibashi Yaki Nikuwaniku)5,000 yen (tax included)
Ehomaki roll made with a generous amount of thickly sliced Kobe beef aitchbone from Kawagishi Farm
Each piece is carefully cooked and served with mixed rice with pickled vegetables for a truly exquisite dish.
