As a long-established wholesaler with over 90 years of history, we are able to supply eel to many famous eel restaurants, and with the power of our discerning eye, we use only the finest ingredients.
The delicious size of the eel is large, about 300g. It is grilled over high heat with binchotan charcoal. The way it is grilled so delicately in such a short time is a feat only a skilled craftsman can achieve.
The flavor is concentrated, and the outside is crispy and fragrant, while the inside is fluffy and meaty, allowing you to enjoy the rich, fatty eel.
