Grand opening in March 2007. This complex is operated by Towa Real Estate Co., Ltd., Toyota Motor Corporation, and The Mainichi Newspapers. It consists of an office tower, the largest in the Chubu region, with 47 floors above ground and a height of 247m, and a commercial tower with 6 floors above ground, a height of 50m, and 6 basement floors. The commercial tower is based on the concept of a "luxury mall for adults." It houses around 60 stores, including world-class brands, fashion and interior select shops, restaurants including Michelin-starred luxury restaurants from Japan and abroad, food stores, and a cinema complex, making it a popular landmark of Nagoya.

□ POINT 1: Purchasing/Handling
We don't specify the origin of the eel, but rather choose the eel that best suits the season and the eel dishes we aim for.
They are selected by Nakasho Shoten and delivered to the store alive.
After that, we will prepare only the amount you need in the live kitchen while you watch.The freshly prepared eel has soft, fluffy flesh with no unpleasant odor, allowing you to enjoy the full flavor of the eel.
We purchase the fish alive and butcher them in store.
□ POINT 2: Grilling
We use two types of charcoal from our own brand, and finish the food by grilling it on the ground without steaming it.
The eel skin is crispy and the meat is fluffy, and when you bite into it, the fat melts in your mouth.
Enjoy crispy, fluffy, and tender eel grilled over our own brand of charcoal.
We never steam our food, but instead grill it over our own brand of binchotan charcoal.
□ POINT 3: Sauce
The light sauce is perfect for the fatty eel.
The secret sauce, which has been passed down since the restaurant opened, allows the eel to blend together with its umami and fat.
The sauce, made with delicious eel, makes the eel even more delicious.

□ POINT 4: About the specialty "Ippon Unagi"
Regarding the above commitment, "There is no cheating or compromise. Therefore, we want you to enjoy the whole bottle in its natural state."
The product that was born from this idea is "Ippon Unagi."
We also pay particular attention to the tableware, and offer special tableware that is handmade at a Shigaraki ware kiln that has been in operation since the Edo period.
Not only is the shape great, but the grill also has excellent heat retention, allowing us to deliver freshly grilled eel to our customers without it cooling down.

We do not prepare food in advance, and we only bake it after receiving your order, so we recommend that you contact us in advance.

This time, Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa will be offering its first vegan kaiseki banquet.
We do not just use limited ingredients and materials, but also use seasonal ingredients so that you can enjoy them.
We use seasonal ingredients, such as wild vegetables and mushrooms from Nakasho Shoten, that are carefully sourced.
