Eel wholesale business
Nakasho Shoten was founded 90 years ago and began its history as an eel wholesaler. We only handle eels that have been carefully selected using discerning techniques that have been passed down through generations. We deliver eels that are kept at the freshest possible level thanks to well water that springs up in our own watershed. In addition to live eels, we also sell processed eels such as kabayaki and shirayaki, which are processed in-house.
Charcoal business
In Japan's charcoal sales industry, over 901 TP3T are family-run businesses, and it is difficult to say that transparency in quality, distribution, and prices is guaranteed. In order to make a difference in this industry, we started our charcoal business in 2019. By signing direct contracts with production companies in Vietnam, the country of origin, we are now able to provide high-quality sawdust charcoal and binchotan charcoal.
Wild game business
By signing exclusive contracts directly with hunters across the country, we are able to handle high-quality game meat that is in season.We handle a wide range of items, including mallard duck, deer, wild boar, bear, and wild birds, and have received numerous inquiries from famous restaurants across the country.
Tuna business
Nakasho Shoten's tuna business was launched in 2019 by a group of craftsmen with over 20 years of experience. The finest tuna, provided by our experienced discerning eye and cutting techniques, has been highly praised by many customers.
