Ehomaki made with a generous amount of tempura fried in light sesame oil.
Rice cooked in homemade tempura sauce, topped with conger eel tempura, shrimp tempura, rolled egg, and vegetable tempura.
This is a very filling ehomaki.
■Eel Ehomaki (supervised by the fourth generation eel chef Kikugawa)) 2000 yen (tax included)
The restaurant's special rice is soaked in a generous amount of sauce that has been added to since the restaurant opened, and is topped with a generous amount of grilled eel from Kikugawa, the fourth generation of the eel business.
